Refund Policy
1. General Conditions
-Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been delivered as agreed upon in the initial contract.
-Refund requests must be made within specific timeframe of payment or the project start date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
-Any work already completed, including strategy creation, content development, campaign setup, and paid ad spend, is non-refundable.
-Subscription-based services (e.g., SEO or social media management) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
3. Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
The agency is not responsible for refunding ad spend or fees paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
-Services were not delivered as per the agreed scope.
-The client has made an advance payment, and the agency has not initiated work.
-The client provides proof of unmet deliverables.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their contract with prior notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be calculated based on unused portions of the service.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within specific timeframe after review and approval.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a refund dispute arises, the agency will work with the client to find an amicable resolution before escalating to legal means.
8. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in cases of client delays, miscommunication, or changes in project scope without mutual agreement.
9. Modifications
The refund policy is subject to change at the agency's discretion and applies only to new agreements.
